During the tour, you`ll have the opportunity to taste a vertical of four old vintages of the iconic wine of your choice: Montes Alpha M, Montes Folly, or Purple Angel. A wine expert will guide you through this magical experience, explaining the details and sensations that ageing imparts to these high-end wines. This tour takes place in our wine cellar, specially designed for these tastings.
Afterwards, you can indulge in the new Premium menu, ‘The Dream’, at the Fuegos de Apalta restaurant, in which Francis Mallmann showcases his passion for potato dishes accompanied by the finest cuts of Chilean wagyu beef and other meats, paired with the most iconic wines from the winery, selected by Aurelio Montes.
