NOTAS DE CATA
After several years of experimentation, Aurelio Montes decided to produce a rosé from Syrah (the grape he made famous in Chile with the country's first Ultra Premium Syrah, Montes Folly). Montes Cherub is a seductive, elegant, dry wine, with an intense cherry-pink color.

ORIGEN:
Marchigüe Valley
In the same Colchagua Valley, between the Coastal Mountain Range and the sea, are our Marchigüe vineyards, immersed in a rolling landscape that ends at the Pacific Ocean (25 kilometers away), where our red grapes ripen slowly under the influence of cooler temperatures. The topography is much flatter here than Apalta, with hills that have lower slopes. The soils are shallow, in some cases now more than 60 cm, with a medium level of clay and capable of high levels of water retention.
